That Granby roll was flat out gorgeous!!! Exemplifies the need to drill

and drill and drill in situational wrestling. You just don't think about doing something like that. It's almost subconscious the way you can feel the opponent's weight and position. That was his only out from that position and instinct just made it happen.

Not only did he escape a takedown, it put him in perfect position to counter. Nicely done.
